How to rent from Whitfield Residential: 

1. View the property

2. Tell us you want it

Once you have decided you would like a property – let us know as soon as you can. Call us on 08456 435433 or contact us by email. This allows us to get the process underway swiftly. 

3. Fill in the application form

Download our application form here, print off and return by post or fax. Alternatively, contact us so that we can post you a form. 

4. Send it back with a deposit

To reserve the property for you we need a £200 holding deposit with your completed application form. On receipt of this we will take the property off the market. The £200 is not a fee or charge – once your application is complete it will go towards your main deposit.
