1. View the property

2. Tell us you want it

Once you have decided you would like a property – let us know as soon as you can. Call us on 08456 435433 or contact us by email. This allows us to get the process underway swiftly. 

3. Fill in the application form

Download our application form. Return the completed form along with requested supporting documents by post, or, for speed, by scanning and emailing it to us as an attachment.

Alternatively, contact us so that we can post you a form. 

4. Reserve the property

Once we have accepted your application form and agreed a provisional start date we will immediately take the property off the market and cancel any other viewings for that property.
